This morning the app both on my android phone and iPad is saying the system is offline. Both my inverter and gateway are connected by Ethernet and I have confirmed that they are connected to the home network. The portal also appears to working and there are no fault indications with the gateway or battery. I have unstalled the app and reinstalled and logged out and back in again. Is there anything else I can try?
power everything off (pv strings, battery, inverter), wait 30 seconds and turn back on.
I had this same issue, app been showing system offline since about 3 hours. Power was on to AC3 inverter and 2 9.5kW batteries.
Turned off the router and the wifi boosters, left it for a few mins and turned back on. The dongle must have reconnected to the wifi as I can now see readings in the app, including "home".
I have A LOT of things connected to my wifi network - anyone know what the dongle shows up as on my list of connected devices in case this happens again?
