Anyone else getting the 500 error whist trying to download data reports or is it just me? Has been happening for the last three days but I can't see anything on the GE known issues page. It happens on both the web portal and mobile app.
I have found that the most recent report is not shown on the list of available reports or at least two days after it says it is available.
I have been able to bypass the problem by entering the required date range directly into the address bar, ie
