Missing Notifications

I have AIO installed earlier in 2024. Since the installation and calibration notifications, I have not received a single notification in my portal.

Does anyone else have this issue? I would have expected to be advised of system updates and in particular power outages.

The system is seamless in failing over to the battery, not so much when failing back.

I would like to be aware when I am consuming battery power during any outage so can preserver what energy I have as long as possible.

I dont think this feature exists.
I think some people who use HA have written automations to message their phones on grid failure.
I have Gen1 Hy5.0 that has EPS but the 20 second cutover turns the lights and TV off (which makes me aware of something) and I fitted a small LED across the grid terminals on my consumer unit that only glows when grid is on (easy to see as CU is on wall in utility room)
