Can anyone please explain how to update / add my tariff data into the app?
I cannot find how to do it

Assuming you are on the web portal on a PC/laptop
From memory.
Account settings on LHS of screen
Manage account security top RHS of screen
Add your API key in. I have Octo and that comes from my Octo account login.
From memory when it was done it took about 12 hours to all start working with data, thought it did show the tariff name fairly quickly
