I have a 3.0 AC inverter with 2 x 8.2 kWh batteries. I have noticed I often get a red warning light on one of my packs when approaching full charge and a notification of BMS overvoltage. The inverter at this time ceases its charging to the batteries, however looking at the battery state of charge the via Givtcp it would appear that the second battery is only reaching 90% and will not charge to its full capacity. The two batteries have been fully discharged and fully charged again. Can anyone suggest a solution, I have let Givenegy know about the red light and they said "Nothing to worry about they are working OK. I believe this is just an issue and notifications popping up relating to the % indifference sometimes caused with dual batteries as a display error."
