Octopus API

Hi just started using the GE app and had battery installed. The app is asking me for all my Octopus info so it knows what tariff etc I input this using the link in the app and copy over my API number and the App then states problem with API number from Octopus but doesn't say how to fix it any help please?

I think I did it on the GivEnergy phone app and it needs your MPAN number.
I have an import MPAN and an export. It only needs one and for me I just had to keep trying until it accepted one of them
