Just had a full system installed around a month ago now and, after going back and forth to my installer, feel like I've got a working system. However, The stats listed in the portal and the app have never made any sense, just wondering if anyone had any idea on these?
The app and portal quite often just show no data or 'no inverters registered'. However the inverter has a connection and connects fine with third party (local) apps
Some days the stats seem to be fine. However on this day I only used about 3kwh and the rest went to the battery. The app doesn't seem to show this.
The rest of the time, completely mental stats. If you look at the graph on it's own, everything is believable. But then with the stats at the bottom it looks like the graph is in KW/H rather than just W/H
