My battery temperature reads zero, I'd never checked it before but was curious after reading the forum. I'm guessing it's always been like this, it's this going to affect performance in anyway?

Yes, if it's a real reading and battery indeed has 0 C then that's a problem.
Did the temperature change in any way since you last checked?

It can’t be a real temperature reading as your battery is able to charge and discharge OK (SoC goes up and down in line with battery voltage varying).

The temperature shown in the app is the battery management system (BMS) board temperature, not the cell temperatures which is the bit that really affects whether the battery can charge or discharge.

It could be the temperature probe on the BMS board or maybe a data issue. Best to call GivEnergy

Thanks, I've never checked before so it may well have been like that since day one
