Charging

My panels are producing a fair amount of energy this morning but the energy is not being stored in the batteries, it’s being fed to the grid . Why is this happening please , there are no timed exports in place and the batteries are only at 10% .

What tariff are you on. Is there any external influence
Can you force charge with your phone app? Make sure batteries are working OK?

What's the temperature like? Mine is set to timed charge but it didnt last night and I'm thinking it's because the battery is a 0 degrees because of the weather.
