Hi,
Please can someone let me know how I restart the GivGateway in the correct way?
Within my GivEnergy Portal, my All-In-One shows, but my GivGateway shows as Lost.
Documentation isn't clear. I've also raised a ticket with support@ on 31st Dec, however i've yet to receive a response.
