Givenergy app not working.

Can anyone tell me what's happened here? The Givenergy app (android) now just comes up with an error "unable to download config" and just goes around forever.

I can use the cloud app ok.

It may be worth deleting the apps cache and/or storage. Try just deleting the cache first and if that does not work delet storage. The latter will mean it will ask for you to sign-in to your account again.

A recent update enforced the single sign on process and I had to re-log in and set everything back up.
So clearing the cache (and stored data) is a good first move.
Also, the app can now hang while starting if there is no internet connection.
