This is a request for @Rubikcube: I use your excellent app on my phone and it works fine when I am away from home because I have a VPN. When I fly to Tenerife though it nags me about every 15 minutes saying it has no connection while on the plane. It would be great if it checked if the device was in flight mode as no connection is expected then.

Meanwhile here's 3 ideas that might help.
In the inverter app settings, turn off collect stats for the duration of your flight. An extra thing to do each time.
Put your phone in silent mode.
Android settings/ apps/ inverter/ notifications you should find a notification channel called Problem Alert, change this channel to silent or adjust it's settings as required. This one off action may solve your problem.
