Downloading historic data from power graph tile in Windows App.

Anyone having problems downloading usage data to Excel?
It will download current days data but historic e.g. monthly stats, it times out repeatedly and asks you to try again.
System working fine (AIO and Gateway)

Assuming you mean the data in the app, I use a MacBook. Mines not timing out, but I can't get monthly data only half hourly which is not what I want.
When I set the header to monthly (or yearly) I get the same half hourly data.
Also graphs are lines not blocks.
