Blue light (circle) on my invertor been flasing on and for two days

I have powered down ( i.e, switched off power etc as per manual ) and reset system three times over last 24 hours ,still no joy DONGLE is solid blue light ..no problems with bluetooth

What equipment do you have
Can you see anything on the portal page. Is your inverter connecting?
Any notifications?
