Hi, how do you contact anyone from givenergy?
Filled in online form multiple times. Emailed multiple times. Been on the phone on hold for an hour.
Seems impossible to get through to anyone.

Likewise. I emailed them about a month ago. Absolutely no response. I have currently been on hold for nearly 30 minutes and all I get is a prompt to visit this forum.

GivEnergy will get back to you but they seem to have quite a backlog and it might take several weeks for a reply to the website form or email.

You might get a quicker response by contacting your installer as the installer helpline is still open
