Charging timer not working

Hi all - looking for some help. Had system fitted yesterday and set it to ECO mode and Timed Charge mode.
Timer set to charge from 0100 to 0600 to use EDFs economy rate, set to 100% capacity on the slider.
System didn't charge - have now tried multiple time slots to test it with no luck, it wont kick in and charge.
Have used the phone app to "force" the battery to charge and that works fine - so I can "manually" get the batteries to charge from the grid but can't get the timer to click in and do it automatically.
Everything else seems to be working fine.

Appreciate any advice.

that is a little odd there are many of us using eco + timed charge during peak rate successfully. Worth double checking as well that both timed charge time mode and eco mode are enabled. There is a chance the time and percent is set but its not enabled

Has your battery done a full charge and discharge to calibrate it yet? I believe it needs to before it will start working normally.
