Battery not charging/discharging as it should

I've had my setup for nearly a year with no particular issues.

I have a timed charge on my battery between 2330 & 0530 daily to make use of the cheap EV rates. Otherwise it is set in the ECO mode and discharges depending on solar generation. I sometimes force a charge if we get free electricity from Octopus or if the battery percentage is low and the cheaper rate is available from the EV charger. This has always worked fine.

The last couple of days however, I've noticed that my battery has not been discharging post 0530. If I manually disable the charge time slots, it works fine. I've reset the inverter, reset to defaults and changed the times but it still does it, irrespective of the time on the charge slots. If it is enabled, it charges the battery or if its full, prevents it discharging.

I haven't changed anything, it has just randomly started doing it. It defeats the object of having the timed charge and I can't manually adjust daily at 0530...

Anyone with any idea?

What tariff are you on? Is it an intelligent one?
Any external 3rd party controls doing anything
What do inverter logs on portal show

I'm on intelligent octopus go and the standard export tariff. That's never had an impact on the GivEnergy stuff as I control it separately. My EV charger is linked to octopus which sets up a schedule for charging. I normally take advantage of cheaper rates when the battery might not last long enough but I do that manually. It has always worked fine up until now.

I don't really know what I'm looking for in the inverter logs, just shows where I've tried to change the charge times etc

Have you looked on the web portal to see if there are additional charge slots (2-10) configured. Worth refreshing each time to make sure its showing the correct values?

Yeah, there was nothing else. I spoke with GivEnergy on the phone and they did some sort of reset their end which has seemingly sorted the issue. They had no idea why it was doing it though....weird!
