Battery not working

After a recent 24 hour power outage, our 10kW battery is no longer recognised by the dashboard and is not therefore storing power as it should be. We've tried resetting the system as shown on the YouTube support video.
The LED at the centre of the + on the inverter alternates green and red
No response from the helpdesk
Any suggestions please?

Turn battery off for reboot. Black button high on RHS. Hold in for circa 5 seconds until it beeps. Wait 30s and turn on again
