Sudden drop in battery power

Very odd occurrence this evening - system operating as normal, and then suddenly the battery has dropped from around 47% SOC to 0% almost instantaneously, despite having started the day at 100% and having discharged less than 3KWh of its over 5. This feels like some sort of firmware issue that is causing incorrect readings...

Has anyone experienced this before? I've reset the inverter with no change. Will recharge overnight and see if this happens again, but wondering if I'm alone in this.

May be worth raising a support case too, just in case it’s something else. Plus a calibration might be useful which they can kick off for you.
