Has anyone worked out why these plugs lose their connection from the system?
I've been using one to keep an eye on running costs of a garage heater, it's been great since December but a week ago it spat it's dummy out and I can't keep track of it anymore. If I remove it from the app I will lose all my data.

Has anyone figured out how to get it back online without losing its data?
