Battery not charging from Solar panels

This is a new issue...just noticed today that the battery has charged to 55% and then stopped charging from solar panels and the power is being sent to Grid. what may be the issue? Started seeing this today.

We get this sometimes. For us either the LoRa units are not communicating (Inverter is in garage and talks wirelessly to current clamp) - this costs us around 1000 generation hours a year (ouch!) or the Inverter needs a shutdown and restart - if it loses the wifi connection this can happen but hasn't since I added wifi extender in the garage. Its usually the LoRa units. These are supposedly tunable to a degree but the only copy of the Lora config software i can find is so buggy it won't run. Argh! Wife is currently listening to GivEnergy music while waiting on support to try and find where we can get a working copy of the software.
