My smart Tariff card showing my historical import and export isn't showing any data. That is for yesterday, last week, last month. Is anyone else having an issue? The mobile app isn't showing any information either. I have entered all my Octopus details again, but that hasn't helped.
Having the exact same issue here, maybe an issue with Octopus, going to try a reset later on.

I also have this issue - wondered if it was because I'd changed tariffs recently, but this post seems to confirm it's not that.
I too have re-entered the details again and also refreshed my Octopus API, but that hasn't done anything to bring the info back.
