Would anyone know of a company who repairs GivEnergy systems in Ireland?
Our system (installed in 2019) was switched off for renovations during the second half of last year. Since the system was switched back on last November, one of our two batteries has been out of action and the data readings are clearly wrong. Following multiple emails and messages over the past four months, our original installer (NextGen Power) are not engaging with our appeals for advice/repair and support from GivEnergy online is non existent.
I have contacted several companies to enquire about repairs but none of them are prepared to work on GivEnergy equipment, indeed one company told me that they no longer use GivEnergy hardware because of the lack of support from GivEnergy. We are now stuck with an expensive piece of kit that no longer works and no way to fix it.
Very disappointed with both the original installer and GivEnergy!
