I've currently got two 8.2kw gen1 batteries on an AC charger. The lights on the second battery which I'm assuming is the slave flash green whilst on the other battery the lights are solid. I say "assume slave" as have zero confidence in the installer for a number of reasons but that's another story in itself. Everything appears to work although at present i rarely get enough surplus to charge both packs, waiting on another solar rig to be connected. I cant find anything about green flashing lights?

Fiorstly - is this a new development or has it always been like this?

At the least it means the battery is not happy. I would firstly try turning them both off (slave first, master last) and then back on again (reverse order).

You should press the buttion (on the rhs of the battery) for a few seconds until a bleep sounds for both off and on.

If this does not clear it, then I might check the battery DIL switches to ensure they are correctly set as master and slave. I admit to not remembering where to look those up - maybe another contirbutor can help?

All DIL Down is Master. 1st Up is 1st slave.

0000 = Master
1000 - Slave 1
0100 - Slave 2
0010 - Slave 3
0001 - Slave 4

Which LED is flashing? Status? Or the 1st Level LED?

Level LEDs (from memory)
<5% Flashing 1st
5-19 Solid 1st
20-49 2 LEDs
50-74 3 LEDs
75-100 4 LEDs

I can confirm it is the slave at fault, i have checked the DIL and they are set correctly. It was both the Status and 1st light flashing, but then today when the master battery got to 100% the slave then threw the "fault mode" red light so that solves that, i will call them in the morning to sort. Thanks for the replies.
