Massive readings for generation and consumption

Whilst the actual power readings for solar, import, export all look good, the total and daily solar and consumption figures are ridiculously high.

Its been like this since day one, but I had it installed after summer and I'm now looking at automating the SoC. But with these figures I think its throwing the system off.

For instance, the current solar generation today is 13.11MWh. I'd love if I could generate that amount of solar in a single day off 2.5kW of panels! And I've alegedly generated 4,865.92MWh since it got installed.

Of course, consumption is showing as 4,868.45MWh so it thinks I've actually consumed most of it. However I'm not running a data center or anything even close to that!

Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? Looking at the PV data on the inverter I'm seeing a graph of what I'm expecting - 1.3kW generation on one string at its peak, and about 1.0kW on the second string at peak.

Actually, just noticed that every day the PV Generation is 13106kWh

So looks like its reading the wrong thing for PV generation?

On a cloudy (no solar) day, the Meter data graph just goes up in a linear fashion from 0 to 13106. On a sunny day with lots of solar generation, it plateaus off whilst the sun is out, then goes back up at the end of the day, finishing at 13106.

[unknown] sounds like something could be misconfigured. You could ask your installer if they could look at it remotely?

Today's solar generation is 18.6kwh from a 3020w array. The very best days of summer I can; at best generate 21kwh.

Nothing has changed or been altered for 12 months, it must be a GE server error.
Why does GE do it this way. Surely it should be my system that monitors my systems data that my system produces. This is happening to many people at the same time so it must be the base camp base stations back end causing these anomalies.
