My AC3.0 with 2 x 8.2kWh batteries will not exceed 1.6kW (specifically 1626W!). It has latest firmware D0.210-A0.210 and 3020 since 19 April. Settings are 3000w for charge and discharge, the system is set to Eco, batteries are at 53%. I have restarted the inverter (via remote control).

Can I get GE to take a look for me?
I will email support this same question.

Thanks

John

Go into remote control and look in the Inverter Control section - "Inverter max output active power percent". If its not 100% set it so. You might need to 'Read Category' to get the current value.

This can be changed by the server if you use any of the quick settings. It's not always reset when you revert to normal operation.

Alex from support has fixed the problem with "a digital reset on the inverters back end settings".

After posting here this morning it became apparent (when the sun came out) that charging was restricted to 1.6kW also.

Seems to be fixed now.
