Inverter settings AIO keeps switching off ECO mode

Hi,
I have an AIO with a solar array, on Octopus Agile without an export tariff.

I’ve had problems with the AIO being completely unresponsive to controls. Had an engineer out who did a reset by removing the batteries earlier this week.

I’m currently having a couple of new problems.

1. The Inverter Settings keep switching ECO mode off two minutes after I have switched it on. This just discharges my generation to grid. There are no timed slots set and this happened if I us the App or Web interface.
2. The battery only charges at 3kw when I call for AC charging. As far as I can see it’s set to 6kw

Any ideas of things to try?

Have you set up any tariff automation or been on Intelligent Flux previously? I would use the PC browser portal to look at the settings and maybe do a reset.

Are you waiting for export to be set up or havent/cant get it? Not that you can trust the app figures at the moment but it looks like you wouldnt take long to fill your battery
