Hi folks,

In 2 years I've never been able to set up the smart tariff in the app.

I've tried regenerating the API, swapping the meter details between import and export and nothing has worked.

I go between flux and intelligent flux tariffs depending on the time of year, that makes no difference either.

No other issues at all.

Octopus sub it's an issue with givenergy, givenergy say it's an issue with octopus.

Any ideas folks, why this is and what I can do to fix it?
