Hi All

Please can you offer any advice or solutions. My system for the last couple of weeks has been reporting that the batteries are at 100%, even first thing in the morning, when I have eco set to 60%.

I thought it might be a battery software problem, I was on 3018 and updated to 3020 a couple of days ago. The 'software' tab said there was an update available but it wouldn't do the update itself, it kept failing at the verification stage. I had to do it manually : copy the new software onto the memory sticks and then restart the batteries and inverter.

Right now the portal and app says I'm at 100% but the individual batteries (per the app) are at primary 81% and secondary 63%. I've tried restarting the inverter from the portal, but no joy.

Thanks in advance for any help..........

MJD

PS - I've tried attaching an image of todays energy graph with the battery level at a constant 100%, but I'm not sure if it's worked!

I think people have posted before that after firmware updates, portal settings get "changed" and you should go back and check/reset them to what you want/need

I had this after a power cut (although you'd think the purpose of a battery was to avoid any power cut impact!). I had to power off the battery and inverter and let them restart
