Regardless of how much excess solar is available my battery no longer charges at more than 1.7Kw. A couple of recalibrations have already been done and the software updated all to no effect. I have an outstandin call with tech support but they are not responding. All the meters and settins are saying it should charge at up to 3000w.
Go to My Inverter and then Remote Control.
Check the value of 'Inverter Charge Power Percentage' - force a read to make sure you are seeing the current value.
If it is less than 100% - change it and force an update.
This value is not visible to the app and gets messed about with by a number of routines, including if you use the app quick settings to pause, force charge or discharge and then reset to eco. It doesn't always get reset to 100%.
