Battery discharge

Our battery is at 100%. We are using electricity from the grid & the battery will not discharge for home use. Just stays at 100%. Any idea what to do? (The tech guy at our installer is on holiday & there is no one else to do his job)

Login to your portal page and make sure the inverter is set to eco.
Maybe turn eco off and hit save and then turn it back on again and hit save - make sure eco is saved

or restart inverted from portal, so it reboots
