Low Battery showing 100%

Do I have a problem? Normally my battery graph will show my 5.2kW battery as 100%/3kW. Today, for the first time is shows 100%/600W.

I have powered off the PV and the battery and powered them back up. Lots of power to the grid and battery showing 100% but still 600w. No fault lights on the Inverter and the battery shows all green LED. Sort of suggests the battery has full capacity.

After some high power consumption the App now shows 95%, 52.5v at 20.9°C and a capacity of 5.1kWh. The latest data shows 99% Discharging 810w 52.1v at 18°C. The graph show the spike to 810w and then continues with 0w at 4-5%.

While I typed the display now shows Charging 1.66kW, 54.85v 18°C. The main page shows PV 2.76kW, house 564W, Grid export 537W and battery charging at 1.66kW.

That charge soon stopped with the battery now showing 810W and 100%

kWh is the amount of energy stored in the battery.
If it is a 5.2 kWh battery and is 100% full, it will have 5.2kWh of charge. in it.
W is the instantaneous (at the time of measurement) power flow.

if your panels are generating 2.76kW in the sun, the house consuming 564w that leaves 2.196W to go somewhere.
In your case 1.66kw is going into the battery and the remaining 537W to the grid. he numbers all look correct to me.

The stored energy kWh and power W at any time are not directly related, as they are showing two different things

Depending on your settings, but typically.
If the panels are producing more W than the house is consuming (TV, fridge, freezer etc), then the excess will go to charge the battery at the maximum inverter charge rate. If there is still excess, it will go to grid (export)
If the house is consuming more than the panels can generate then the battery will supply the power (in Eco mode) up to the DC/AC conversion limit of the inverter. If the house consumption is very high (toaster, cooker, kettle etc), the inverter/battery and panels will do all they can. Any shortfall will then come from the grid

From Giverenergy The issue appeared to be caused by the battery being stuck in a paused state. I’ve now unpaused it and successfully got the battery discharging again.
