Batteries Off

Hi all,
Recently my batteries have not been charging correctly. Not sure if its related but this has been after the recent thunder storm and we lost grid power in the evening.
Noticed the status of batteries were at 0%, going into the battery graph I had no batteries. Took a physical look and Primary battery was off (no lights), secondary battery on (green lights). I had to reset Primary battery, and its all working again.
However, last night, secondary battery was off (no lights), reset this (hearing a single beep) and the status light was on.
Checked this morning and 2nd battery was off again and wouldn't start unless I did the following sequence:

1. power Off Primary
2. reset trip switch to 2nd (turning On did nothing)
3. turn on 2nd (single beep) - red light
4. power On primary - green light, full battery lights

Status shows the battery percentage at 100% (all), battery graph shows primary at 100%, 2nd at 0%
Force charging does not charge the battery, even tho solar is at 2.5kWh @8:50am and exporting to grid.

Since writing this up - 2nd battery is switched off again, and status show 1/1 batteries online

Any ideas what might be going on?

So after a few tests/checks, I've managed to get the 2nd battery to have a Status with green light, however, its offline and not showing up. How can I get my battery back online and working?
In the web portal it only shows that I have a capacity of 9.5 - this should be 19
Looking back at the logs, it looks like the 2nd battery went offline over a week ago and I didn't notice (as I don't check the system every day!)

All sorted by giving support a call. Very very helpful and friendly. My system wasn't sent up correctly by E.ON..!
