Hello,
Battery was playing up over a couple of weeks and so I looked at the portal. Noticed there was a firmware update. Ran it but now situation has got worse - no solar, battery will not charge from grid, nor will it discharge to the house or grid - stuck at about 13W discharge and showing 47%, down from about 65% when firmware updated. Have attempted reset through the portal but no change. I have contacted support by email, but have had no response - would a hard reset be worth a try?
