How do you find they have coped in the winters? I ask as the datasheet declares the charging temp being 0-50c, and the installer we have used before noted that he much preferred to install inside where possible for that reason (we're in the midlands so it can get cold, but not quite as bad as some places). Obviously the Giv batteries don't have heaters like a powerwall, so, if you have yours outside, how low did it go in the deep dark depths of winter? Obviously once they start charging they start to warm up anyway.
I am in the early stages of having a full solar and battery system installed at my own house and had originally flirted with the idea of a powerwall, but the thought of a pair of 9.5s instead appeals but it al needs to be outside.
I guess I could construct an insulated cabinet to keep them warm in the winters and crack a window in the summer if needed. Though they will likely be on the north side of the house so will be in perpetual darkness anyway shade.
