My Gen2 5KWh Battery seems to have developed a fault.
It is currently showing 100% charge but doesn't supply the house load, occasionally the charge drops instantly to 0%, then goes back up.

Occasionally the status light is red, but sometimes shows green - I haven't check this against the reported charge but there is no output from the battery in either state.

System is running on Eco mode, with scheduled charge 00:30-05:30 each morning (Octopus Go cheap rate)
This has been working fine for 18 Months (since Nov 2023)

So far I have tried:
Turning the battery off - no response from the button on the side
Restarting the Inverter from the web dashboard (https://givenergy.cloud/inverter)
Upgrading the Inverter and battery firmware - completed without errors but no change.
Turning Battery off and on with the button - button worked after the firmware upgrade but battery still not supplying power or charging after

Battery currently shows 7.74V, 21°C, 100% charge, Status light green + all 4 charge lights green.

I have had the voltage showing 7v ish on my twin battery setup when the slave battery was having a bit of a fairy fit.
What I would do is turn everything off at the battery switch and isolators as well as the inverter - there is a video how to do this on the giv site.
Give it a few minutes and turn it all back on.
Give it some more time - 5-10minutes and check the app to see if that has sorted anything.
Other than that its a call to support.
