Emailed Daily Reports

Have the daily reports changed since the 1st June 2025?

I have attached an extract from my daily reort for 18th July 2025. There are differences between the individual overall totals and the individual half hourly totals.

In addition, the home half hourly report has blank data ( as highlighted in the attachment).

I'm not sure when data got out of sync, but I have found on my reports, as well as the difference as you mentioned above:

• Do not show any solar generation going directly to the home, whereas the graphs on the dashboard and the app do,
• Shows a significant increase in home consumption (+c56kWh) between 16:00-18:00 everyday, which is highly unlikely.
• Doesn't correspond to the inverter data.

In fact there is discrepancies between all the data screens. Dashboard graphs, app graphs, inverter data and reports. I have emailed GivEnergy support, but as yet no response.

I have the same issues, but also my reports show Solar to Home as 0 (Zero)

I've gone back to the 1 Jul and they have the same issues.

As I said that wherever you go for the information App, Cloud dashboards, Inverters all the figures are different
