Car not registering as plugged in

Just had an issue which started today. The car thinks its plugged in but the charger isn't showing this.

I've tried restarting the charger in the app and by power cycling it.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Not experienced that myself but wondering could it be the car that’s confused? Have you got access to a granny charger or public charger you could test the car with?

Is there a schedule set in the car? I had to configure my charger so it was always charging and the schedule in the car determined when it was charged (I have a Jaecoo J7)
