Hi, my name is Jon and i Live just outside Lincoln, UK. i have had a Giv energy system for around 2 years and upgraded earlier this year. Started with updating my 10 year old solar only 4kw system from original sunny boy invertor to Giv energy so i could add 2 x 2.6 batteries and all went ok except the batteries would not last overnight so April 25 i had the installer ( L R renewable) add some more panels on a separate fox invertor and 2 x 5.2 batteries to the initial giv energy battery install . all was ok until June when 1 of the 5kw batteries (gen 1 i believe) went flat and would not recharge, then the battery system became erratic and eventually stopped working altogether. the installer came out Friday and disconnected 2 batteries - 1 x 2.6 and 1x 5.2 saying they where faulty and the other 2 batteries would now work whilst they contact Giv energy for a solution, they didn't. So yesterday i followed the online video and completely shut down and re started the system and this morning it looks to have worked as my smart meter recorded no grid consumption overnight. However my app as reported in other posts is not working correctly. Since the initial battery fault the battery live data has been wrong - the overall data on the home page seems to be correct but when i look at the individual batteries the readings are frozen - ie i still see 4 batteries although i now have only 2 connected and 3 show permanently full (94%. 94%. 100%) and 1 flat. Is there a way to reboot/re calibrate this please and any pointers to the other issues would be gratefully received. Thanks. Jon
