Hi. We’ve just had another battery fitted & since then our panels are feeding the grid but not the battery. The battery will not discharge the energy it has into the home. Can’t get hold of GivEnergy & our installers don’t seem to be able to sort it. Any ideas?
What kit have you got? What tariff are you on.? What settings are you on.
Are you using the web portal, and are you definitely on Eco? May have to toggle off Eco and save and then toggle back on an save
Are both batteries on same firmware? Have you tried shutting everything off (i mean all breakers, DC strings, mains , battery breakers etc) and then turning back on.
There is a sequence to this somewhere.
Hopefully that will make batteries and inverter (dont know what kit you have) all reboot
