Inverter not charging batteries

Since June of this year my inverter has not been speaking to the batteries after a software update that failed.
Have had many what's app and emails with there so call advisors who seem to give you the run around.
Even contacted their old CEO who was most helpful and gave me Simon Olsen details.
After two emails and no reply and now you can't even call Giv offices, does anybody got ant contacts or ideas on how to get me up and running the system was fitted in 2023.

If you want help here, and there are many that can help you will have to invest some time in explaining what exactly you have, what was tried and what support actions taken?

I suggest start by explaining exactly what system you have and which firmware update failed?
