Firmware update now not able to restart.

Tried the firmware update yesterday and now not able to restart. No indication of new firmware version.
Tried Givenergy WhatsApp but they are permanently busy.
AIO plus Gateway. Hardwired to home network.

Have you performed a hard restart ie shut down power to both inverter and battery and then enabled power both AC and DC.? Worth a try if you haven't. There is a sequence in the user manual on how to do this.
