Communication error - any suggestions?

I've just checked the dashboard and it seems to have frozen in time... checking the app, where it says the "Last Updated XXm XXs", it now says "Warning - Last Updated XXm XXs" (it does seem to be refreshing as it's within under 10 mins.

In the dashboard I got the error "Meter Communication Failure" at 13:45:55 today. There's previous errors from over a year ago, though they cleared relatively quickly. It's now over 5 hours later. I have an AC3 and two 9.5kW batteries.

Any ideas folks.

Is the breaker feeding your Gem 120 tripped. Is your Gem120 glowing

Thanks for the quick reply - in looking for that I found the garage circuit has tripped, not sure why. Only thing I could think of is that we had a lot of rain today but couldn't see any obvious leaks. Will keep an eye out - thank you.
