Same here. The message doesn't even make sense... only claim 12 years?
The message make no sense, I still waiting for support to phone me about it after speaking to someone at Givenergy as the person was on the phone and he would pass on the message to him.
I do not want to agree to the terms as I may cause me problems later but I am unable to access the online cloud portal from my PC.
The app is still working which is good news.
I accepted the terms and conditions then clicked to claim the 12 yr warranty (I think that's what it said) and received a 404 page not found error. Once I'd done that I was able to get to the portal and no longer see the 'invitation'.
I have it as well and spoke to support who said someone will phone you back to sort it out. Guess what, I'm still waiting for the call backš¤¦
I still waiting for my call back from support over a week now, so on Friday I decide to accepted the terms and conditions to claim the 12 yr warranty.
I did not see any error messages as reported by the user "thevilla. I was able to get to the portal and no longer see the 'invitation' and my four batteries warranty type is still showing "paid legacy" and my EMS is just the standard warranty.
I just received a reply from GE:
"on some systems the marker that indicated acceptance of terms had not updated correctly.
I can confirm that this can be read and agreed without any changes to your warranty provided which is, as was agreed when commissioned"
So just a glitch which can be ignored.
Just a update
I did received a reply from GE support via e-mail yesterday after waiting 11 days.
Confirming that the message was just an automated message and it was ok to read and agreed the terms without any changes to the warranty when the system was originally commissioned
