Smart Tariff Settings on App but where on Portal?

The new Smart Tariff settings are interesting, not sure I entirely trust them yet but keeping a close eye.
Logging on to the portal though, there's no sign of any such settings. The Timed Charge and Timed Export settings are still there (though they've changed from how I had it set up before the Smart Tariff settings in the app took over).
Are the Smart Tariff settings stored only in the app, or are they in the inverter registers ? If only the app, does that mean that without the app (eg phone is powered off) the inverter won't charge/discharge according to tariff changes ?

[unknown] perhaps you need to edit your dashboard on the portal to add the smart tariff card ? I do have something about smart tariffs on dashboard, but haven't looked into it on either app or portal.

Pretty sure the smart stuff would live on the cloud, not the app. From what I've seen, the cloud dynamically updates the inverter, rather than just using static settings.
