Battery reporting 100% charge but not true

Hi, I've got 2 x 8.2kWh batteries and something strange happened yesterday about 4pm. The solar pv charged them to 100% then the dashboard and app both seem to be stuck at this level. It's been 24 hours now jammed at 100% and it hasn't resolved itself. If I look at the app it shows that my primary battery is at 66% and the secondary at 41%.
Does anyone know what has gone wrong, averaging out the 2 percentages says that the system should be reporting about 54%?? Should I turn off everything and restart it???
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The problem has fixed itself.

At 2am this morning it corrected itself and the soc % dropped from 100% to a more normal 68%, although it took 15 mins to do it!
