Several times recently when discharging to the grid, my inverter has drained one of my 2 batteries without discharging from the other, resulting in my having to use the grid for the rest of the day with the other battery stuck at 50%. Although the batteries should start recharging at 23.30, they only start after midnight, and the system self corrects. Is this a known problem and/or is there a known solution to stop this happening?

This morning, the first battery has a flashing green light whilst the 2nd is full. The app shows the battery at 0% and the house is drawing off the grid only. Anyone any ideas how to solve the problem?

I have a Gen1 Hy5.0 with a 9.5 battery.
I wanted to add another 9.5 (should be simple), but I have been advised by others on here that there are likely to be issues similar to those you seem to be experiencing.
As such I have not progressed the second battery.
I have 2 x 8.1 batteries and a generation 3
inverter.
