new app not showing grid usage

Hi, is anyone having the same issue re the new app information from their phone or iPad.
At present mine does not show grid to home or battery usage, I am getting battery to grid.
Waiting on their team to come back to me.

When my battery is discharging below 300w it often doesn't appear on the app graph and is shown as grid supply instead. There definitely appears to be a problem in the app. Strangely when I look at the peak data in the app everything appears to be in order and agrees with the portal.
