Reaches 40 % Updating Inverter ARM complete and reverts to 3% . And does not progress, after 1hr the process just fails , have tried multple times over the last 5 weeks to no avail . Have logged with Giv Energy support , no response and now asking my supplier /installer to address.
Anyone else have /had the same issue and how resolved , if at all ?

what battery model?
My AIO's were problematic with this, the online update would get all the way to 90% "Verifying Data" then stay there like that for 2 hours eventually failing and then sending a message it had failed. In the end I downloaded the correct Firmware from Here for my device.

I followed the Videos on how to update the firmware on a USB stick and did it myself. It took half an hour to do and the update was about 10 minutes each battery / Invertor. Since then the automatic updates that support put on have worked every time, so I have never had to do it again since.
