How do i find out why my solar panels appear not to be producing any power

Check solar inverter in the attic.

Check the DC breaker is not turned off

Depending on how your panels are wired up, a failure of a panel could stop the whole string of panels from generating, but this is rare, and since the inverter has input for two strings of panels you should see some generation from the second string (assuming the panels were wired in two strings)
